As of Wednesday, October 2, ICRM will be moving to a new online proctoring company, MonitorEDU. We are thrilled about the change as candidates will have a much smoother and user-friendly experience taking their exams online.
Important Changes:
- More on-demand testing - Candidates will no longer be required to schedule their exams in advance. Once you register for an exam, you can launch your exam whenever you are ready
- Web-based provider - The move to MonitorEDU will come with fewer downloads for you to worry about! Simply add Google Meets to your mobile device and ensure Google Chrome is installed on your computer
- Two devices are required - You must use a mobile device in addition to your computer

How Will the Change Over Work?
- Exams with MonitorEDU will officially kick off on Wednesday, October 2
- On October 2, candidates with authorizations who have not scheduled an exam will receive a new MonitorEDU authorization email. Candidates can then launch their exam (Parts 1-5) whenever they are ready. Part 6 exams will continue to be available on a quarterly cycle.
- Candidates who have exams already scheduled with Examity may choose to keep their scheduled appointment or they may email admin@icrm.org if they would prefer to test through MonitorEDU. You must notify admin@icrm.org within 3 business days ahead of your exam if you wish to change.
- No exams will be offered through Examity after October 31, 2024.
